About the role

As a Store Colleague you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales


  • Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations
  • Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
  • Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
  • Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customers
  • Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor


About you

  • Retail Experience preferred but not essential
  • Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
  • Confident and clear communication skills
  • Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
