Job Title: Outreach Specialist
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively identifying prospective holiday properties by following our property guidelines
- Data mining - obtaining prospective client data where possible
- Data sifting - working through our current list of prospects on our CRM and sifting through any contacts which are not appropriate for our current sales goals
- Customising outreach email templates and sending follow up emails. We have templates, however, we want you to personalise the emails for every prospective client, picking out features about their property
- Reaching out to prospective clients over email and potentially following up at a later stage with a phone call
- Maintaining and updating prospect and customer information within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Working with our Director and Marketing team
- Reporting back on response rates
- Handing over warm contacts to our Sales Director
Skills
- Previous experience as a sales administrator, sales support or VA
- Experience of using a CRM - we use Pipedrive
- Google Suite - Google Docs, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data entry skills
- Able to use own initiative and proactively source prospective clients
- Strong written English skills and confident to call and answer prospective clients
- Ideally experience in the tourism & hospitality industry
This is a part-time flexible role, initially 4 hours per week on a Monday or Wednesday.
