We have a great opportunity for a ‘Business Analyst – Commercial’ to join our Business Systems team within Dandara Group. This role can be fully mobile based but you will need to occasionally travel to our network of offices.

About the role:
As our Business Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing and validating business requirements and helping develop and implement solutions to ensure they fit the defined specification. You will work with the Commercial Teams across all our regions and wider business to deliver quality enhancements and drive adoption.
What you will have
You will have a knowledge of the house building industry and in depth experience in working with COINS as both a user and administrator. You will have experience working with Commercial teams as well as an understanding of how CVR’s work. You will possess and understanding of project management techniques and can demonstrate the methodology required to make a project successful along with a basic understanding of change management and why its important.
About you
Willing to learn new things and a willingness to learn the systems we use here at Dandara, Understanding and working knowledge of the COINS ERP software, Have worked alongside or in a commercial team, Desire to ensure that core business systems are documented and maintained, Willingness to share knowledge with others, Desire to help ensure that the team deliver robust quality systems, Ability to understand user processes, Ability to report on quality of items been tested, Excellent communications skills, Able to work under pressure, and accept criticism of work, Friendly, flexible and helpful attitude, Good team working skills, Accurate with an eye for detail, A methodical approach to projects and guidance to users
There will be occasional travel to other Business Units required.
