Job description
We are hiring a full time person to join our team, we are open 9 am until 5 pm so maximum we finish at 6 pm and start no earlier than 8 am. We are a young company with a very good product and we aim to be the best in what we are doing. We have an amazing team and the atmosphere at work is fantastic and we want you to join a team where you will enjoy at the same time that we do a customer focus job.
Job duties and tasks for Barista’s
1) Making multiple drinks simultaneously
2) Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment
3) Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them, providing information with product details such as coffee blend.
4) Taking orders at the till, receive and process customer payments.
5) Clean tables and take drinks to the customers.
6) Wash dishes and keep the customer area clean and presentable at all times.
7) Go the extra mile for our guests and help them to have an unique experience.
8) Enjoy your work and be proud of what you are doing.
9) Manage the till and be able to do some small maths calculations.
