Job description
Our company is looking for a Bartender to join our fast-paced service environment. The ideal candidate is responsible for mixing drinks in accordance with established recipes, cleaning and stocking the bar, accurately recording cocktail and/or food sales and following all food safety standards. We're looking for a responsible, charismatic and motivated Bartender who can work well under pressure, and make high quality cocktails with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Display a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and staff.
- Provide customers with excellent customer service.
- Be responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and upkeep of the bar area.
- Make drinks according to recipes or specifications.
- Greet customers, identify any special requests., Serve food and drinks in a timely manner., Keep an accurate cash register drawer and make change accurately.
- Know legal limits on serving drinks to customers.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
