Job description
We are seeking a proficient, experienced mixologist who is passionate about cocktails and bar service to join the team of a brand new Cocktail Bar In Crystal Palace.
Specification: Mixing and creating beverages and menu items using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, sugar, water, and fruits.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: - Taking orders from customers and front-of-house staff and preparing correct item as requested.
Preparing drinks and menu items in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
Providing positive customer service at all times and interacting with patrons in a friendly, inviting manner.
Collecting payment for drinks and arranging correct bills and receipts for all orders. -
Keeping a well-stocked bar with adequate supplies.
Ordering/Maintaining stock as required. Keeping a clean work space at all times.
Complying with all food and beverage regulations.
Ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. - Create cocktails and other drinks specifically for the company Create drinks items that compliment the menu Key Skills Required
2 to 4 years of experience in mixing sophisticated and delectable cocktails.
Excellent customer service.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Great Communication Skills. - Consistent High Standards. -
Driven and hardworking. - Friendly and open personality.
We are looking for people to start within the next 6 weeks to get trained and ready for open.

Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
