Job title: Coordinator (Weekend and bank holidays)
Department/Section: WNS Planning Team
Main purpose of job:
To support the planning of shallow excavations and manhole cover repairs on behalf of Cappagh’s no.1 client
Key Responsibilities:
- To support with permit applications and associated traffic management applications.
- To produce job packs including all Health & Safety requirements
- Proactive customer calling if required
- Assisting with arrangements to enable works including traffic order applications, parking bay suspensions, letter drops etc.
- Assisting with reactive jobs and liaising with operatives
Key Tasks:
- Updating street works permits (in accordance to NRSWA)
- Monitoring database of incoming jobs
Key Experience, Skills & Behaviours needed:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Some data systems experience ideal
- Organised, reliable and conscientious
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time keeping

Hours / Salary: 7am – 5pm / Up to £28k
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18-27 per week
Salary: £181.00 per day
