Job description
At CMS Distribution, our Graduate Programme is designed to fast track your career in an international, multi-million Euro, technology business. It puts your personal and professional development at the centre, as you build critical knowledge and gain experience with the support of our dedicated mentors.
Our scheme will give you the tools and knowledge to pave your own career path through an initial 3 month rotational programme - providing an excellent foundation of business knowledge. This will give you the chance to explore key areas of the business, absorb and embed our CMS culture and values and after 3 months, transition into an available opportunity across our business.
We are searching for ambitious Graduates with a passion for learning and a thirst to expand their growth mindset; in return we will embed our successful CMS Culture and Values within your program and give you the opportunity to explore all key business areas of CMS. We have a huge variety of streams spread across our amazing offices in London, Harrogate, Castleford and Kiltimagh so a passion for travel and spending time gaining hands on experience with our employees will be integral to this scheme.
Our graduate programme gives you the opportunity to become accredited or certified for specialist skills and recognised qualifications in your chosen area of expertise; whether that’s within leadership and management, or a technical discipline.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 22 days holiday, paid sick leave, private health and dental insurance, and the potential for hybrid working.
