About the role
As the Global Head of Marketing at Tritium, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategy, establishing its brand presence, and accelerating its growth on a global scale. This position requires a versatile and results-driven marketing professional who can effectively and efficiently manage a wide range of responsibilities. The role could be based in either the US (Torrance CA) or UK (Birmingham) and could be hybrid.
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled marketing professional to join our team as the Global Head of Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of marketing, including public relations, website management, social media, content development, product launches, events and trade shows, external communications, email marketing, marketing automation, paid advertising, design, branding, vinyls for charger production, and creative services. Your ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure seamless coordination across different marketing functions will be essential to drive Tritium's marketing success.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that maximizes ROI, ensuring that every marketing initiative aligns with Tritium's business objectives.
- Manage public relations focused on enhancing Tritium's brand image, manage media relations, and secure positive press coverage.
- Build, design, and enhance the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, search-optimized, and aligned with the brand's messaging and positioning.
- Lead the company's design and brand creative, providing guidance on marketing designs, including digital design, photography and videography, and animation and 3D modeling, as well as vinyl design, production, and printing on chargers, ensuring consistent branding and impactful visual communication.
- Manage company social media and employee advocacy platforms, developing engaging content, monitoring conversations, and driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Lead the development of diverse content, including blogs, case studies, webinars, and whitepapers, to support thought leadership, educate target audiences, and drive lead generation.
- Lead product launches, developing marketing plans and collateral, and ensuring effective communication of key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Plan and execute events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and driving lead generation and networking opportunities.
- Act as the gatekeeper for all external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across different channels and touchpoints.
- Draft critical communications, letters, and announcements from various departments and initiatives within the company, maintaining a professional and cohesive brand image.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and support customer retention efforts.
- Strategize and manage paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximize reach and ROI.
- Ensure robust measurement, benchmarking, and reporting of team KPIs through an online dashboard.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or a related field.
- Strong global leadership in managing diverse marketing functions.
- Proven expertise in public relations, website management, social media, content development, product launches, events, and trade shows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messages for various channels and audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns and utilizing marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across different platforms, with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Familiarity with design principles, branding, and overseeing design teams for marketing collateral and vinyl designs.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights.
