Marketing Officer
Keystone Knowledge is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our growing team. We help schools to become better at supporting their pupils and students by proving brilliant services across Finance, HR, Estates, Taking on new schools, Internal Audit, and Governance

- To support the marketing strategy to grow the business, creating new opportunities and increasing brand awareness using both digital and offline tools.
- To ensure that the responsibility of the role is carried out in a way that reflects the vision and values of Keystone Knowledge, observing company policy, practice, and procedures.

How you'll thrive in this role:
- Generate ideas, create and execute tactics to increase brand awareness.
- Finding new ways to acquire new customers.
- Assisting with the creation and management of strategy planning and associated documents.

- Editing and maintaining our websites.
- Generate ideas, create and execute digital content such as videos and brochures. Help in event planning, creation of material and promotional items, plus attend to help on stand or look for opportunities.
- Work with team members to agree and deliver a programme of sector specific training.
- Create, monitor and analyse a calendar of email marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing database and email distribution.
- Management of social media from posts to adverts, keeping calendar and statistics up to date.
- Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters and case studies.
- Work with external agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Measure and report on measuring digital traffic, engagement, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week
Salary: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
