Contract – Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary - £32,206 – £35,228 per annum

Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Direct Marketing Officer to join our Development Team, within Individual Giving, based in Aldgate. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently.
Together with our partners, we support over 14,000 homeless young people each year.
In this key role, you will play an integral part in the Development Team, working to deliver our donor development and retention programme and help raise cash income from our existing supporters in 2023/24.
We have a very successful cash programme and are looking for someone with drive, initiative and a passion for creativity and analysis to deliver the programme and help expand it further, maximising digital and offline channels to increase engagement and long-term value of our existing supporters.
In this role you will be:
- Supporting the Senior Direct Marketing Officer in planning, developing and delivering all cash appeals both on and offline, virtual gifts programme and engagement communications
- Collaborating with different stakeholders both internally and externally, to balance needs and get the best outcome for Centrepoint and the homeless young people we support
- Regularly analysing and reporting on the performance of campaigns, identifying trends in supporter behaviour across campaigns to inform the strategy for future activities
- Ensuring that digital channels form a key part of the cash programme
