Cluster Manager - Belfast City Centre

Role Summary:
Our Cluster Managers are responsible for a group of stores or a region of stores. They will be driving the overall performance of the stores in their cluster, including sales, profitability, and customer service.
As a Cluster Manager, you will work closely with the store management teams to ensure the achievement of all goals & KPIs. You will leverage synergies across your store portfolio to achieve efficiencies and maximise revenue generation, delivering combined cluster results that are in excess of the previous combined individual results.
You will act as a commercial leader, using our brand strategy as a NorthStar and guided by our Brand Values you will foster a high-performance culture that will deliver success for your store portfolio. As a cluster manager, you will have autonomy to drive your store through innovative leadership & engagement with your teams. You will champion world class levels of customer service and best practice standards within your store.
As part of your role, you will be required to work collaboratively with different departments within the Brand such as Marketing, Buying &Talent, and Engagement, to ensure the success of your cluster.
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor cluster store performance through sales & KPI reports, driving results through innovative initiatives & processes.
- Maximise profitability within stores by managing controllable costs and implementing revenue generating initiatives.
- Set and communicate realistic store sales targets and ensure they are achieved through individual employee targets and incentives.
- Design & implement initiatives to leverage synergies across your portfolio of stores in terms of team, stock & customer insights.
- Promote and ensure stores are delivering a World Class standard of Customer Service in stores.
- Drive a high-performance culture; ensure clear goals, objectives and performance standards are established and communicated to the Cluster stores.
- Develop and implement Best Standard Practices across all areas to provide structure, with a view to maximising process efficiency and compliance.
- Liaise with Regional Managers and share weekly Trade Feedback including competitor and trade insights.
- Analyse available data such as commercial reports, to identify opportunities in terms of stock movements, gaps etc and liaise with Retail Operations Managers and other stakeholders to agree appropriate actions or initiatives to address.
- Ensure stores are set up to reflect our Brand Strategy through commercial implementation of our Visual Merchandising Principles.
- Deliver effective succession planning through the store management teams in order to deliver an appropriate talent pipeline by supporting, training, coaching and developing the management teams.
About you:
You will:
- Have a minimum of 3 years Store Manager experience.
- Be ‘customer obsessed’, with a proven track record of driving a best-in-class service culture.
- Have the highest standards of business acumen and commerciality.
- Display confidence and proficiency in using data to derive insights and recommending commercial actions to address.
- Be highly organised and display excellent communications skills.
- Have strong team leadership skills and experience in cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Be mobile to multiple locations.
