Salary from £50,000 Plus Bonus & accommodation package

At Perle Hotels, we have taken the typical ‘Scottish Highland Hotel’ and re-imagined the concept of a hotel stay in the Highlands. We are recruiting for an incredibly exciting senior role of Hotel Manager (cluster) for our Isle of Skye hotels; Marmalade and the Bosville.

The hotels have been extensively refurbished creating a retreat to experience luxury and escape from the everyday. All our rooms have been designed so guests can enjoy decor inspired by the dramatic surrounding landscape. Our restaurants are busy vibrant places and we source many of our products from the Isle of Skye abundant larder.

As a Cluster Hotel Manager, you will report directly into the Operations of Director and will manage a Cluster Operations Manager as well as various Head of departments between the two hotels.

You will have Perle Hotel Groups resource and support from; finance, human resources, development, executive chef, sales, revenue and marketing.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of both of our stunning properties, as well as being an inspirational leader and a hands-on team support.

You must relish guest interaction, and be standards driven as the experience given to all guests is of the highest level and importance. You will also be solutions driven and able to think outside the box.

At Perle, we have the absolute pleasure of being very successfully food & beverage driven as well as rooms. You will be working very closely with your two Head Chefs, Restaurant Managers and our group executive head chef.

The Hotel Manager will have responsibility for the delivery of budgets for each area of the business. This requires the Hotel Manager to have exceptional well-developed commercial and financial acumen, however you will have support from both finance and human resources.

**Working days will be business dependent Friday through to Sunday
