Our Concierge team members are the first point of contact for a member upon entering the club and so they play a crucial role in demonstrating the exceptional standards and values which we at Third Space live and breathe by. The team ensures exceptional customer experience is always delivered and that every visit exceeds our member’s expectations. Our Concierge teams interact with everybody and are able to quickly grasp our members’ expectations and needs. They are relationship builders, confident communicators and members and guests naturally warm to them.
If you’re a passionate, enthusiastic and charismatic individual able to deliver premium 5 star service then we are looking for you. It’s very important that we provide a great journey experience for our customers and ensure that their expectations are always met, if not exceeded. We are therefore seeking a reliable, organised, passionate and engaging individual able to provide a professional service from a warm welcome to a fond farewell for our members.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent interaction and communication skills, be able to manage difficult conversations and take care of any negative feedback by proactively addressing this with the customer to ensure a satisfactory outcome is reached.
The role also includes Duty Management shifts, and an opportunity for the individual to showcase their skills in managing other departments during their shift. You will also work at the fitness desk on the gym floor which will give you an opportunity to interact further with our members and you'll be expected to talk to them about our additional products and services that can help them on their fitness journey, as well as work with the gym floor and housekeeping teams to ensure that the gym floor always looks like it's the beginning of the day.
Our clubs are incredibly fast-paced so you’ll need to work well under pressure and will be responsible for ensuring that a professional level of service is delivered at all times. Within this requirement, you will need to be fully conversant with every offering within the club, including the group exercise timetable.
As a Concierge Team Member you’ll also need to work a mixture of shifts which involve opening the club at 05.15 and closing at 23:00, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
