As a Cloakroom Attendant you will be responsible for helping our members with their coats and belongings, creating an exceptional experience for our members. You will be able to answer general member enquiries about the club. You should uphold the highest standards and ensure the member experience is always in line with our members club standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
- Tagging all items checked into the cloakroom and issue them with a matching ticket.
- Safely storing items on hangers or racks, on shelves or in lockers with a focus on the set order, so items do not get mixed up.
- Returning items to members on receipt of the matching ticket.
- Remaining on duty, safeguarding items until members return.
- Reporting any lost items, suspicious persons, or items to the manager on duty and Security team and referring guest problems or complaints immediately.
- Welcoming members to the venue and providing them with information as and when required.
- Being an ambassador for our members club as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams both when at work and when not.
- Having good communication skills and proficiently liaising with all departments on an ongoing basis; close relationships with all operational teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous Cloakroom Attendant experience in a busy and high-volume hospitality operation an advantage
- Attention to detail, able to identify mistakes and request clarification.
- Excellent time-management skills; comfortable prioritising what is important during busy periods.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and members.
- Strong command of English.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
We are a new members club in a grade II listed townhouse in Mayfair.
