Cloakroom Assistant
The opportunity to collaborate with one of our top clients in Canary Wharf and Embankment is exceptional. You will work closely with the reception crew and all other departments to make sure that customers' expectations are fulfilled and delivered from the time they enter our building until they leave. You will be trustworthy, friendly, and excited to contribute significantly to the team's success.
The cloakroom attendant cares after our guests and offers to take their belongings when they have a great time in one of our bars or restaurants. The cloakroom attendant must be cheerful, outgoing, and willing to interact and build relationships with all passing customers.
You will be a key contributor to our ability to deliver top-notch customer service by performing the tasks listed below for our clients:
· Maintain the cloakroom's cleanliness and orderliness,
· safely store coats and bags, and
· ensure that every guest encounter is handled properly by adhering to the "first impression" principle.
In addition, the candidate must be:
- Professionally dressed and groomed
- Well-spoken
- Previous cloakroom assistance experience preferred
- Team player
· Go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service
