Salary: £25,494 - £28,678 per annum/pro rata

We are recruiting for aClinical Trust Fellow Foundation Year 1 in Emergency Department who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.
We are looking for motivated individuals seeking an opportunity to gain further experience in emergency medicine in a busy but friendly and supportive environment. You will also experience innovative ways of delivering care, including ambulatory care models and acute frailty stream.
The existing Emergency Department staff pride themselves on providing a high-quality “shop floor” clinical presence, together with high standards of education, training, research and audit. The post holders will work in close co-operation with nursing, managerial and medical colleagues to provide high-quality healthcare to the Trust’s patients.

The post-holder will work in a large and diverse multidisciplinary team providing best inpatient care for medical patients.
The post holder must promote safe and effective handover of patient care in line with Trust Governance.
The post holder will be required to actively participate in clinical audit and implement its results and relate these to the Trust and Directorate policies on Clinical Governance.
The post-holder will work toward achieving their requirements and competencies for entry into Core / Specialist / GP training.
