Job description
The post holder is required to provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi disciplinary team including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.
The successful candidate will have a RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent, have proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative. They will have excellent time management skills, oral and written communication skills and an ability to work under pressure. Secretarial experience in an equivalent position is essential.
