Job description
The successful postholder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Academic Directorate of Communicable Diseases and Specialised Medicine. In particular, supporting the Research Leads and the Research Coordinator to implement the Directorate’s research strategy plus data coordination of studies as the need arises.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Directorate Research Coordinator in developing the research productivity, to increase the number of patients attending the Directorate as either an in-patient or out-patient taking part in clinical studies, while supporting and maximising research effectiveness. In addition, the post holder will be responsible for the data coordination of selected studies managed through the Directorate.
The post holder may be required to provide support to other Directorates within Specialised Cancer, Medicine and Rehabilitation (SCMR), should the need arise.
