Location: Greater Manchester
If you are based within 1 hour commute of our Support Centre Office, Kearsley M26 1GG, you will work from the office 2 days with your team and 3 days from home.
Remote applications will also be considered.
Salary - £33k + monthly commission + annual bonus
About the role
The Resourcing team at {my}dentist is one of the largest internal recruitment teams in the North West and our Clinical Recruiters plays a vital role in ensuring that our patients have access to the best care within our Practices.
You will be recruiting Clinicians such as Dentists, Hygienists, Therapists and Specialists. The opportunity is due to continual growth of the team.
As a Clinical recruiter, you will be;
- Working closely with hiring managers and Area Development Managers you will understand the unique selling points of the practices and opportunities, ensuring compelling adverts are live
- You will organise your time in order to ensure all appropriate talent acquisition activity is completed including proactive sourcing in this scarce talent market
- Referrals are a key source of engaged candidates so you will actively promote the referral scheme and seek referrals from your candidates and colleagues
- You will regularly communicate with your prospects including alumnae whilst growing meaningful networks and generate new prospects to nurture and talent pool
- Regularly promoting our employer brand through engaging social posts utilising collateral and information from marketing
- Deliver an excellent candidate journey, confidently explaining the process
- Maintain data accurately within our systems (CRM and ATS)
What skills do I need?
- You will be a confident and articulate communicator, comfortable to make outbound calls to prospects
- Experience of working as a recruiter within a candidate scarce market, agency environment or RPO environment
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong organisation skills to be able to manage a high volume of vacancies in a scarce market
- Enthusiastic and pro-active approach
- Able to build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Deliver an excellent candidate journey
