Job description
The post holder is an experienced nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide accurate telephone assessment and information giving for the presenting patient. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process. They will work collaboratively with the Out of Hours team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures. At all times the post holder must act in a manner consistent with the NMC Code of Practice, upholding organisation standards and polices at all times.
You will be able to learn and develop your skills alongside the clinical team with support and guidance from our Regional Nurse Manager and Regional Medical Director.
