Job description
The post holder will provide expert clinical advice and guidance to ensure that children with a learning disability, autism and physical and mental health needs receive effective treatment and support to prevent the need for admission to hospital where possible. This includes attendance at Care Education and Treatment Reviews and other multiagency responses which will improve proactive preventative support for this group of people. In the case of children and young people with learning disabilities and autism, this will include partnership working with the LDA team in relation to the Dynamic Support Register and Keyworker service.
