About the Position
MaleMD is a rapidly gowning telehealth company looking for a Patient Liaison to join our team! This position will be responsible for providing information about our company and services to potential customers. The Patient Liaison will also be responsible for providing account support to current customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about our company and products to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with emphasis on one-call resolutions
- Handle email support tickets
- Handle SMS support tickets
- Investigate shipping issues
- Work with partners to prevent and resolve shipping delays
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience Required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and active listening.
- Excellent written communication skills (including spelling, grammar, and grammar usage).
- Ability to learn quickly within a small team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Experience in customer facing positions
- Experience with multiple software systems (such as: Salesforce, Replymanager/edesk, Zendesk, Aircall ect)
- Experience with Google sheets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
