About Us… Our Urgent Care Division delivers highly successful services within 111, Clinical Assessment Services, GP Out of Hours and Urgent Treatment Centres nationally. Totally was established to support the NHS and ensure that patients could quickly access the healthcare they need. We partner with healthcare commissioners across the UK & Ireland to deliver services that help them manage demand and reduce waiting lists, including the delivery of Urgent Treatment Centres and NHS 111. Role summary... As a Clinical Governance Administrator within Totally, you will provide administrative support to the Urgent Care’s Quality and Governance Department. You will possess excellent analytical skills, good customer service background with reasonable knowledge of document control. You will be comfortable working on your own as well as within a team. This role provides you the flexibility to based at one of our offices within the North region. Your day to day.... Delivering results / functional responsibilities... Undertake a range of administrative activities under the direction of the Divisional Clinical Governance Manager Manage and monitor the call and notes review system for the Division as part of the GP Audits Manage and maintain the document control system for the Division When required, take notes of meetings and prepare and distribute meeting papers Organise meetings including booking of rooms and sending out invites Produce documents and spreadsheets as required, and maintain databases and other records, ensuring that documents and files are up-to-date and available, including DATIX. Where required provide support to complete governance activities under the direction of the Divisional Clinical Governance Manager Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management Supporting the Divisional Clinical Governance Manager with the Quality Improvement Plan activities Providing reports for ISO data collection Administration support for IPC data collection and attendance at meetings Administration support on various projects for the Director of Nursing Administration supporting bid documents for the Divisional Governance Manager Administration support for Clinical Audit Group Provides administrative support for the Safety and Quality committee Engaging People/Key Working relationships... Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable the Department’s operations Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures Participate in meetings and project team activities Liaise with other staff throughout the Urgent Care Division as necessary Management and leadership...
