- Ensure specific facility on-boarding requirements are met for each student and clinical instructor in BSN, MSN, and DNP programs.
- Assist students and instructors with navigating hospital-mandated onboarding software platforms.
- Monitors and maintains clinical site affiliation agreements for implementation, renewal, termination, and tracking.
- Provide students and clinical instructors with information on completing facility requirements for orientation, computer training, parking, badging, etc.
- Communicate with each facility each semester to confirm current onboarding requirements.
- Maintains BSN onboarding instructions and information via Canvas.
- Coordinates with BSN program director and course coordinators in completing clinical placement requests for Coordinating Council meetings.
- Attends Hillsborough, Lakeland Regional, and Pinellas County Coordinating Council meetings each semester.
- Attends partnership meetings with hospital partners as requested by each facility.
- Assists as directed in maintaining department clinical placement files, records, and databases.
- Tracks and confirms that each student has appropriate certifications, immunizations, health screens and background clearances necessary for clinical rotations.
- Assists program directors with collecting clinical data for accreditation maintenance.
- Maintains effective routine communication (written, electronic and verbal) with program directors, faculty, clinical preceptors, hospitals and other sites.
- Assists course coordinators with:
o clinical site onboarding for each student for each clinical rotation.
o data collection and report generation for student tracking during clinical rotations.
- Maintain clinical placement data in appropriate format and databases (Filemaker, Typhon,Castle Branch Bridges, My Clinical Exchange, etc.).
- Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the Director from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least one year experience working in related field in a University setting.
- Ability to obtain and track required information for clinical requirements for a large number of BSN, MSN, and DNP students.
- Ability to utilize variety of databases to monitor student placements, clinical sites and preceptor information.
- Proficient in MS-Office, MS-Excl, MS-Notebook, and Filemaker Pro.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and customer service skills required.
- Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and manage time wisely.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills needed.
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn quickly The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday.
- Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices.
