Job description
As a Clinic Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting your Manager in ensuring that our service patients needs are met through delivery of high - quality care.
You will be an integral member of the multidisciplinary outpatients team. You will deliver excellent customer service to our patients, and provide a professional, comprehensive and efficient reception and administration service to the Trust's outpatient clinics based at St George's University Hospital Tooting and nearby satellites sites in Roehampton and Nelson health Centre.
You will be a key member of staff and will be integral to the success of the hospital, thanks to your interactions with both clinical staff and patients. You will manage designated clinics in line with agreed clinic profiles, being the first point of contact for patients within the clinic area.
You will have good interpersonal skills, a polite and courteous manner and a professional attitude. You will have effective verbal and writtencommunication skills, and will enjoy working as part of a team. You will be able to cope under pressure in a busy working environment. Accuracyand attention to detail are essential, as are good computer skills, although training will be provided on all in-house systems.
