- £80,000 to £100,000 Basic (DoE) + Bonus (30% on Target)

The appointed Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible for application support, product and clinical promotion, training, channel and end-user visits, market research and establishing key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Solving application problems within three days, ensuring no complaints from distributors and customers
- Coordinating sales or service department issues with relevant colleagues in a timely manner
- Planned promotion activities including workshops, seminars, exhibitions, etc, in line with the market plan
- Assisting with distributors’ sales and product marketing efforts, completing training and empowerment of their designated personnel
- Making localized product promotion materials or clinical training materials
- Clarifying distributors’ products and application capabilities to establish annual training plans and implementing
- Researching market information, including changes in macro policies, representative customer needs, market trends, and competitor product trends/promotion/activities
- Establishing (with channels) a list of key customers, formulating breakthrough plans, and providing feedback after discovering potential business opportunities
- Key customers and KOL analysis: Top 10 big group, hospitals, clinics in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland and Belgium
Requirements:
- A minimum of eight years’ experience in a related (clinical application) role
- A minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a veterinary related field of study
- Proven experience in application support, product and clinical promotion, training, channel and end-user visits, market research and establishing key opinion leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages a bonus)
