A luxury, high end, anti-aging clinic in the heart of London with an excellent reputation is now looking for a Clinic Manager.
This is a clinic led by experienced plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors, nurses, and aestheticians with advanced skincare knowledge. The practice offers a wide range of plastic surgeries, aesthetics injectable treatments, device-led skin rejuvenation and body sculpting, HydraFacial, laser skin epilation, and more.
Your role
Reporting to the Director, you will use your clinic management skills, your knowledge of the aesthetics industry, and your creativity to manage and further develop this successful business.
You will oversee daily clinic operations, monitoring clinic processes and coordinating the team to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and that standards remain high. You will oversee health and safety, administration, stock levels, clinic maintenance, and the standard of patient care.
As team manager, you will monitor staff performance and provide motivation, and effectively manage staff holidays and sickness, and any other staffing and HR issues. You will work with the Director to recruit new team members and manage training for the team.
Working at front of house, you will have direct contact with patients and will manage the patient journey. You will ensure that an excellent level of care is provided by your team, and that patient satisfaction remains high.
You will work with the Director to promote and develop the clinic, helping to devise marketing initiatives and organise events, manage social media, newsletters, and website content, and ensure that the clinic’s offering is in line with patient needs and treatment trends.

Skills and experience required
You must have minimum 2 years of experience of managing a private clinic or medispa and be able to demonstrate that you have the skills to lead a team, provide an excellent standard of patient care, an manage daily clinic operations.
As this is a patient-facing role, you must be a confident communicator with excellent people skills.
You must be a proactive and organised individual, and a team player, as you will be an integral part of the team at this successful clinic.
The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate how their business acumen could help develop the business further.
