Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a CHAT Clinic Supervisor for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP). The position is responsible for leading weekly supervision and didactic sessions with assigned practicum students.

- Participate in required grant duties for the National Child Traumatic Stress Network per the SAMHSA grant guidelines.
- Management of Children Healing After Trauma (CHAT) Clinic under CPS.
- Clinical Supervision of advanced doctoral and masters level psychology students.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- PhD or PsyD in psychology.
- At least 1 or 2 years of clinical experience.
Certifications/Licenses
- Must be licensed or license-eligible in the state of New Jersey.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- This position requires specific experience in the treatment and supervision of therapy clients impacted by trauma.
- Specific advanced knowledge would be training in the delivery and supervision of evidence-based treatments for trauma in children and families.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed as Practicing Psychologist in New Jersey. Candidate should be familiar with evidenced –based treatment models including: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Game-Based CBY, and the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model, Prior experience providing training and supervision to graduate students, experience with managing grant-funded program and familiarity with DCP&P are preferred.

Under Policy 60.1.35 Immunization Policy for Rutgers Employees and Prospective Employees, Rutgers University requires all prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
