Job description
We are currently looking for a dynamic Clinic Manager with a Beauty Therapy background to be responsible for the commercial growth, clinical compliance, operational excellence, and high-quality, client-centred care of this luxury Skin / Aesthetic clinic located in Chelsea.
You will utilise your effective man-management experience to set the tone and culture within the clinic and instil an exceptional customer journey.
With full departmental P&L responsibility, you will utilise your experience and business acumen to ensure continual financial growth. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a prestigious clinic with a discerning clientele.
Beauty Therapy Level 3 or equivalent plus management of a CQC regulated Clinic is essential.
Working hours are primarily Monday – Friday, with some flexibility to cover weekends when required.
Salary £45-£50k
