We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, including overseeing staff and scheduling, and ensuring that all patient needs are met. The Clinic Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Support medical director with training and supervising of staff members.
- Provide CEO with financial reporting including monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports, billing, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
