Job description
We are recruiting for a dynamic Clinic Manager and Aesthetician with experience. The successful candidate must have previous experience of managing a team and ideally in a stand alone premises as you will be entirely responsible for the day to day running of the clinic.
The role of a Re:treat Medispa Manager:
- To deliver high quality aesthetic treatments
- General clinic duties such as keeping the clinic presentable and replenishing stock
- Periodically assist with other duties where necessary including front of house and support to the rest of the therapist team
- Facilitating of staff training and on-going development
- Managing the employees on shift to ensure they are performing
- Effectively problem solving any client or employee issues which may arise
- Being a Leader through example
- Leading, coaching, and developing the team: Providing constructive feedback to employees
- Effectively and consistently delivering the strategy and vision of the Company
- Achieving the highest salon ranking on Google reviews
- Responsible for social media - Instagram/Tiktok/ Facebook
- Being proactive in terms of employee engagement, driving high service levels and reviewing operational processes
About you:
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent spoken English
- At lest 1 year of experience
- NVQ Level3 Beauty Therapy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
Salary: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Beauty Management: 1 year (preferred)
