THE MOLE CLINIC is the UK's leading independent skin cancer screening and treatment clinic. Our professional and friendly first class service is highly rated by our patients.
A key member of the team, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in the day to day running of the clinic. This role is key in delivering a first class patient experience, greeting patients, making bookings both on the telephone and in person, taking payments and being involved in supporting the general administrative functions of the clinic.
Due to growth we are seeking team members to join us at our 3 Central London Clinics: Harley Street, Oxford Circus, Moorgate.
Experience in a customer facing role is essential. You must have excellent communication skills and as the first point of contact for most patients, candidates must be very presentable, personable and have excellent written and spoken English and be professional, discreet, reliable and highly efficient. We would also expect numeracy, IT, teamworking and organisational skills.
We are looking for a highly engaging person who can quickly and comfortably build relationships with patients and colleagues.
We have roles available at 5 days, or minimum 3 day working week (with Saturday as one of the working days)
Please note: as a CQC registered clinic successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check
Salary: Starting salary £30,000.00 including bonuses and commissions (£27,000.00 + bonuses + commission)
