Climate Response Engagement Officer

Medway Council’s Climate Response team is looking for a Climate Response Engagement Officer to help us drive forward our Action Plan to ensure that we achieve our Net Zero Climate Change targets by 2050.

This is an exciting time to be joining the Climate Response Team at Medway Council, with an opportunity to shape the response to the declared emergency and make a real change to the future lives of Medway’s residents. You will be working across all council service areas and with our local communities on the delivery of the adopted Climate Change Action plan to bring Medway’s vision of net zero carbon to life.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about the environment with strong communication and organisational skills.
