Job description
Our client is a leading real estate investment trust based in London who create and manage exciting places to work or live in. Their portfolio is focussed on mixed use places and they own some of the most prestigious property in central London and around the country.
They are seeking a Surveying Executive/Commercial Property Manager to become an integral member of the Property Management Surveying team and assisting in the smooth running through efficient delivery of day-to-day property and lease management tasks, L&T services, service delivery and reporting requirements for a portfolio of assets and to provide support in ensuring compliance with Management Agreements, JV requirements and KPI’s.
Candidates can be qualified or unqualified but must have commercial property management experience and exposure.
