Overview
ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Client Support officer to join the Client Support team. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to work in a high-performance team at a scaling health technology company with a client centred approach.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in a startup or remote environment
Additional specifications
- Experience using Zendesk
- Understanding of neurodiversity
What the job involves
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
