Our client are currently recruiting a number of Client Success Assistants to join our Client Success team. This is a perfect opportunity for someone starting their career in Client Success within a forward-thinking company.
Client Success is the heart of our clients operations. The team is paramount to ensuring their client’s campaigns are set up correctly, go live and ensure no hiccups happen along the way.
You’ll be given full training on how to successfully be a Client Success Assistant and work closely with their Client Success team to ensure client’s campaigns run like clockwork.
You’ll also take responsibility for ensuring our clients Client Success Managers and Senior Client Success Managers are updated accordingly on the performance of their clients campaigns, as well as dealing with any issues that come through on our clients support inbox.

You can also have the opportunity to move into other teams and have seen many successful transfers from Client Success into the following teams
- Sales – This team is responsible for creating new business opportunities for our client
- Delivery – This team is responsible for ensuring all our their campaigns are set up, coded and go live.
- Technology – This team is responsible for building our clients product as well as building their clients campaigns.
The interview process
Our clients interview process will consist of 2 stages and you’ll get the opportunity to meet most of the team as well as their past interns.
- 1st Stage interview – Virtually meet with one of their Client Success Executive and one of their Client Success Managers
- 2nd / Final interview – in-person you’ll meet with both their UK Senior Client Success Managers.
