Fast-growing marketing agency looking for a friendly & charismatic virtual assistant to contact and book appointments and leads.
As part of your role, you will operate at the intersection of customer success management and personal assistance, playing a pivotal role in scheduling appointments and managing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise our CRM software to manage assigned client accounts and interact with cold leads, converting them into successful appointments for our clients within the aesthetician industry, with a primary focus on PMU (Permanent Makeup).
- Adopt a 'personal assistant' approach in your role, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our clients by maintaining regular communication, predominantly through WhatsApp, and promptly responding to their needs.
- Ensure the successful booking of client appointments by effectively managing leads from advertising and other sources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Work closely with the rest of the Scale My Salon team to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a knack for organisation, and a customer-focused approach. Requirements:
-Excellent English Skills - Spoken AND Written
-Strong Work Ethic
-Knowledge of Google Sheets & Docs
-Ability to use or willing to learn CRM software (gohighlevel)
-Ability to deal with warm leads and set appointments
-Ability to persist and follow up with leads to build a relationship to set appointments
-Flexibility with working hours (10am - 6:30pm GMT)
-Available to work weekends.
-Sales Ability and 'think-on-the-spot' mentatlity.

Part-time hours: 30-45 per week
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
