Overall Purpose of the Role:

As the Client Solutions Executive you will be part of a successful and talented commercial team, supporting the Client Solutions Manager in delivering a range of bespoke Client Solutions projects and events and events across industry-respected and award-winning brand Property Week. This will include, but not be limited to, both written and audio-visual content.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the project management of bespoke Client Solutions projects and events
  • Ensure delivery deadlines are hit, and client's expectations are exceeded
  • Work collaboratively across editorial, sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure excellence throughout the process
  • Assisting with the new client on-boarding process
  • Work across multiple projects and events concurrently
  • Assisting with the management of client relationships, both internally and externally
  • Assisting with the management of all Client Solutions timelines/schedules/databases
  • Research venues and event post-activity
  • Assisting with post-event tasks, including thank you emails, survey emails to delegates, and collating data and reports for both internal and external use

Skills and experience:

Essential:

  • Sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration skills, including mail merges
  • Demonstrate professional and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of liaising with stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience with social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in project or event management in a B2B or customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of online event platforms
  • A knowledge of/and interest the property industry would be a major advantage for this role.
  • Experience of Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of Canva a bonus

Equipment: Due to hybrid working laptops are provided.

Place of work: This exciting position is a full-time hybrid role. 2 days in the office, 3 days from home. This could change over time depending on business needs.
