The opportunity
It’s an exciting time for us as we expand and invest in a dedicated Client Services Support to join our team running our online clinic.
This role is key to ensure the smooth running of ‘behind the scenes’ at the Clinic. The primary priority for this role will be holding discovery calls with potential new clients, who have expressed an interest in the clinic. You will also work alongside the team to organise the clinic, put processes and systems in place and be the first point of contact for our clients.
This role would suit someone who is either a newly qualified NT who would like to start building their confidence in an established clinic, or a qualified NT who would like to focus on a supporting role in a clinic.
You will be a strong administrator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be professional and approachable, with a passion for nutrition and for excellent client care.
