Job Summary
To work closely with colleagues within the Service Centre to ensure timeliness and consistency of service provision.
- Timely and accurate inputting, auditing and reconciliation of invoice data related to the TempRE system
- Create request for fund documents, accurately and within SLA
- Create and upload payment files
- Check statements/request copies of invoices where required
- Handle invoice queries on behalf of the client
- Understand and propose improved processes that specifically relate to the Liaison disbursement service
- Monitor bank accounts to identify once funds have been received from clients, and proactively chase where required
- Process invoices to arrange for Disbursement’s payments to be issued accurately and in line with SLAs
- Issue remittance advice in a timely manner as required
- Ensure all relevant systems are updated with accurate information
- Answer the telephone and make outbound calls
- General administrative tasks
- Support fellow team members when required
- Ad hoc duties as specified by Workforce Management Team
- Maintain confidentiality always
- Help clients with disbursement queries
Experience and qualifications required
Essential:
- Experience working in Finance / Accounts Payable, or have suitable alternative experience
- Experience in data reconciliation
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft suite to include Outlook & Excel
Desirable:
- Experience working in a busy service environment.
- Experience of NHS accounts payable administration

- Good numerical skills/data analysis/reporting
Minimum five GCSEs/O Level equivalent (grade C or above) including Maths and English- Must demonstrate core Liaison Group Values: Care, Honesty, Inspire and Guide.
