A fantastic opporutnity has arisen with a leading Legal 500 firm who are looking to further expand their Private Client offering in the form of a Solicitor/Legal Executive in their Derby office. Having experienced a prolonged period of prosperity, the firm is now looking to further bolster the team and build on their already polished reputation. To fit the bill, you'll have around 2 years PQE and be well-versed in Private Client matters, including:

• Taking instructions and drafting Wills/LPAs
• Dealing with Court of Protection matters
• The use of Trusts in the mitigation of Care Home costs
