We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Transfer Representative to join our Pershing Client Service Delivery Team. This role is located in Liverpool and is Hybrid.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide quality client service and support to clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing updates to client accounts or company records.
Execute all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
Responds to client inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in company records and client accounts.
Accurately opens and updates accounts or company records.
Process transfers in or transfers out of an account portfolio (ISA/GIA/OSB/SIPP) either from or to another account provider

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Knowledge of Account Transfers and ISA regulations
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required
Client focussed with a willingness to understand and assist with client queries
Experience working in a financial services regulated environment desirable
