Established in 2002, Clarion UK is now the UK’s leading supplier of Language Support Professionals to the Deaf community. We work with Hospitals, Courts, Universities, Schools, the Police, and large corporate organisations to ensure that Deaf people have access to a first-class interpreting service.
The Role
Clarion UK is recruiting a Client Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and, as a member of the Senior Management Team, support and develop the key strategic aims of the company.
The successful applicant will lead on key client accounts, ensuring excellent service levels, and manage the service delivery teams acting as the first point of escalation for operational matters and managing more complex and business-critical communications/tasks. The applicant will also work in parallel with the Business Improvement Manager to support, develop, and implement formalised business processes, quality control, and compliance measures.
About You
Essential characteristics:
· Excellent client handling and relationship management skills
· Strong communicator both externally and interally with excellent written English
· Highly computer literate – in particular, experience using MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics)
· Strong analysis skills and experience working with complex data
· A people manager who can lead, support, and coach account delivery teams
· Highly organised and process-driven
· Willing to embrace change and implement new processes and structures
Location and transport
The role will be completely remote. Access to a means of transport and a willingness to travel is, however, a requirement in order to attend client and supplier meetings, and any company days as needed.
Salary, hours, & holiday
- Full time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours)
- Salary negotiable dependent on experience
- Clarion UK offers 32 days holiday – 24 days plus 8 bank holidays
