Job description
We are seeking those who have worked within a busy and demanding Financial Services firm, where you have gained experience in dealing with client queries via telephone, letter and email, maintaining a first class service at all times.
Key duties will include;
- Liaising with customers via telephone, email and letter
- Recording accurate customer data, on inhouse systems
- Processing client documents, scanning and storing these to department standards
- Assisting clients with all aspects of the online customer portal
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, at all times
- Meeting set SLA’s
This is a permanent opportunity, offering an immediate start.
Our client work 35 hours per week, however this role will be on a rotational basis to Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
