Job description

Meraki Talent are working with an Asset Management firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Investor Support Executive on a permanent basis within Northwich.
We are seeking those who have worked within a busy and demanding Financial Services firm, where you have gained experience in dealing with client queries via telephone, letter and email, maintaining a first class service at all times.
Key duties will include;
  • Liaising with customers via telephone, email and letter
  • Recording accurate customer data, on inhouse systems
  • Processing client documents, scanning and storing these to department standards
  • Assisting clients with all aspects of the online customer portal
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, at all times
  • Meeting set SLA’s
This is a busy and varied role, which will require applicants to plan and prioritise their workload, ensuring deadlines are met. Applicants must have a genuine passion for delivering a first class client service, and be able to go above and beyond for clients, assisting them with their saving and investment products. Ideally applicants will have come from a Financial Services background, and have a proven track record in customer services.
This is a permanent opportunity, offering an immediate start.
Our client work 35 hours per week, however this role will be on a rotational basis to Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
