We are offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated client services executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our worldwide customer base – being key in managing our client relationships.
Our ideal candidate will be a highly self-motivated achiever, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to satisfying clients, through problem solving and matching client needs to the right solutions. The ability to thrive under pressure and deliver as part of a busy team will be the key to success.

You will be responsible for:
Assisting with customer queries using a customer helpdesk;
Answering customer calls, and recording and disseminating leads;
Handling contracts and scheduling the delivery of consultancy work;
Undertaking administrative duties; and
Raising invoices and customer credits, and processing expenses requests.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous customer service experience;
Problem-solving skills; and
An eye for detail and accuracy.
You may have:
Salesforce experience or experience using a CRM system;
Experience handling tickets in a customer helpdesk (Zendesk or similar); and
A degree or equivalent qualification.

Remuneration: Up to £30,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
Basis: Full-time, permanent
Location: Home-based within the UK
