Client Services Consultant - First Year OTE £35-40K
Our Client Services team is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join the department as a Client Services Consultant. This is a fast paced, customer focused role, aiming to build long standing personable relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Booking valuations into Sales and Lettings Managers’ diaries
- Ensuring notes accompanying valuations are accurate and detailed
- Sourcing new leads from a variety of targeted sources to convert into valuation bookings
- Ensuring all inbound leads are added to the database and contacted as soon as possible to arrange a valuation
- Cultivating a productive working relationship with Sales and Lettings Managers through regular contact and effective two-way management of expectations
- Creating, expanding and continually turning over pipeline of future business.
The successful Client Services consultant will be resilient, emotionally intelligent and commercially minded. Experience working in a Customer service, sales or telesales environment is beneficial however not essential. A positive telephone manner and verbal communication.
