There are many tenants, leaseholders and residents in Slough who rely on the efficient running of the Repairs, Maintenance and Investment (RMI) contract. This is a privilege that we take very seriously, as we believe they deserve the highest standard in both the quality of their homes and the service they receive. This is why the work of our Repairs Maintenance and Investment Service Partner is critical in helping us achieve our objectives.
Your role will be integral to the RMI Client Team, liaising closely with both our service partner and our residents, providing practical support through data management and consistent verbal and written communication.
As a member of the Client Team your role will be involved with complaints and casework handling, whilst providing administrative support to the wider team. Your experience in a business environment will be key to help you fulfil this role, along with demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
This is a thoroughly fascinating role in which we’ll encourage you to develop your career with ongoing professional development opportunities. So if you possess great communication and administrative skills, with a keenness to learn all aspects of the service, we’ve got a position for you.
For an informal discussion about the post please contact Ian Stone, RMI Contract Manager, 07568542620.
We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic candidates as they are currently under-represented in leadership positions.
