We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist to:

  • provide relationship management coverage to highly sophisticated clients (banks, institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds & asset managers) in the FX Prime Brokerage space
  • ensure all client related tasks (trade management, break resolution, margin calls) are managed efficiently and to client service level expectations
  • lead client meetings to evaluate performance, identify client needs and development requests, and manage the strategic client relationship
  • partner with Sales on commercial objectives through enablement/unblocking of revenue opportunities
  • serve as the voice of the client in product development and support forums
  • create action plans to continuously improve service delivery and operational processes
  • deliver our firm to clients through Regulatory/Industry/Vendor Updates, SME Connectivity

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Hub Account Management Team, part of our Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Organization in Investment Bank Operations in London. We are focused on delivering excellent service to our FX Prime Brokerage client base. Your interactions will be with external clients and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Trade Support, Collateral Management, Business Management, Trading, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Client Technology Analysts.

Your expertise

  • around 2-3 years of strong client management experience and client service competencies
  • excellent knowledge of FX Prime Brokerage and associated workflows is strongly preferred
  • previous experience in the FXPB or FX Ops space covering clients in a client service or trade support capacity, familiarity with FXPB market connectivity, ECNs, as well as vendors
  • strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables while balancing internal and external stakeholder demand
  • a passion for delivering results for clients and working in a team setting as well as independently
