Your role
We’re looking for someone with your skills to:
- Provide Service Support in query and incident management and oversight
- Coordinate monthly Service Support and Governance meetings with business stakeholders
- Be a Change Manager by participating in continuous improvement and Change projects
- Oversee Outsourcing and Vendor Governance Frameworks
Your team
Your expertise
- 5-10 years firsthand WM Operations experience
- Methodical and concise, with a solution-oriented way of thinking
- Familiar with procedure documentation and/or process improvement
- Effective communication and people skills
- Highly motivated, dedicated, proactive and a strong team player
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work independently
